• Price: €89 (VAT included) per month.
• Valid to pay the toll on the AP-46 highway during the calendar month (*).
• It is associated only with the electronic tolling device and registration indicated in the direct debit order. It is not possible to change the license plate and/or electronic toll device under any circumstances during the promotion.
• The number of trips is unlimited for the associated vehicle and device during the referred period.
• This domiciliation order will be tacitly renewed as long as the bases of the promotion are not modified.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the electronic toll collection device associated with the promotion is in perfect working order, to monitor its expiration date, and to ensure they are not blacklisted by the device’s issuing entity. Otherwise, the promotion will not apply and the toll barrier will not open for them for as long as these conditions are not met.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the electronic toll collection device associated with the promotion is in perfect working order, monitor its expiration date, have sufficient credit (OBE Prepaid), and not be included on the blacklists of the device’s issuing entity. Otherwise, the promotion will not apply and the toll barrier will not open for the customer while these conditions are not met.
• Non-payment or unjustified return of a receipt will cause imminent cancellation of the promotion and the impossibility of paying for it again while the amount is not paid.
• To request REGISTRATION in the promotion, you must register at our client area address https://areaclientes.autopistadelguadalmedina.com This will be effective within the next 2 business days from receipt of the document.
• To request WITHDRAWAL from the promotion, you must contact us at the client area at least 15 days in advance.
• If you notify us of your cancellation after the indicated deadline, the corresponding monthly fee will be charged.

(*) A calendar month is the period from the first day of a month to the last day, inclusive. Therefore, it can have 28, 29, 30, or 31 days depending on the month in which the term is used.
